"Ultrex", or what Marvin calls their fiberglass material' is claimed to be eight times stronger than vinyl. Its characteristics include being tough, dependable, non-corrosive and low-maintenance.
Integrity windows can be installed as either replacement windows or as full-frame replacement windows. Ask your Opal estimator what the difference is!
Fiberglass can be argued to be superior to vinyl or wood-composite windows because of the low thermal expansion rate. One realized benefit with fiberglass is that it expands at the same rate as glass, so window stays tightly sealed with no leaks, seal failures or stress cracks. What this means for proprietors is the convenience of NOT having to deal with manufactures to replace warranted parts.
