Opal Enterprises, Inc. Rewards is a new program that that will be offered from January through December. Opal Enterprises, Inc. Rewards is designed to reward members, their employees and customers for purchases and exceptional performance. Although the promotion runs year round, the rewards will be calculated and distributed each month.

Although everyone here at Opal Enterprises believes that the BEST loyalty program that we can truly offer...is that through GOOD old-fashioned customer service...but we also think it is worth offering you something special for your efforts! Q. How does the Opal Enterprises, Inc. Rewards Program Work?
A. Qualified Participants will be awarded points for eligible referrals based on submitted claims. Points may be redeemed for items in our online catalog.

Q. Who is eligible for the promotion?
A. All personnel employed by qualified members as well as customers of members choosing are eligible.

Q. How do I redeem my points?
A. After earning points, login to your personal account on this website with the email address you used when enrolling and the password you selected then. Once you've successfully logged in, click the Shopping tab in the top menu to browse or search the online catalog or click My Account to view available points, awarded points, points spent, and item details on your redeemed points.

When you have located the item you wish to redeem points for, you can checkout then or add more items to your online award shopping cart. Then, update or confirm the shipping address and your awards will soon be on their way!

Q. How long will it take for my rewards to arrive after redeeming points?
A. Order delivery time always varies; most products are delivered within 7-10 business days.
