They replaced around seven windows. We just moved in to a new home, and some of the windows were not in very good condition, so we were replacing them. The people we interacted with were very good. The people who came out to do the work were good too. After the initial installation, there was no need for follow-up. I would say the sales rep who came out and worked with us was extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and at the end of the day, if they promised us something, that’s what they did. It was exactly what we were looking at, very reliable, and we were very happy overall with the work that they did.
